Basically site have decent amount of visitors but their conversion rate is low. We fist check users interaction with the website and top exit pages. We came to know following things
80% of users come to home page leave the website. The reason is users do not get the things they want and it is not possible to list all the things on home page.
- So, we put search box on top of the website. So, that users can come to know site has search facility and easily find what they are looking for.
- Also we added Go daddy trust symbol on top right of the website. To let users know that they can purchase items online without any hesitation.

We found that 30% users left site from the second step of check out process. Since users have completed first page they must willing to buy. But maybe they find issues in new page loading + other info they have to fill.

Ad groups and ads relevancy with keywords
- We found that adroups are not tightly related to keywords and hence users do not see appropriate ads for those keywords.
We grouped keywords and create new ads accordingly and put them in same adgroups. Also design ads accordingly.
Landing Page relevancy with keywords
- Since landing page are not well optimized keywords having low quality score and client needs to pay more every time users click.
We optimized landing page with elements like title, Metas, header, content, client?s logo, contact # on top right, Chat facility etc?
Keywords + ads give leads
- From the past history we found that we have keywords which not give a single leads after 90 visitors. And there are keywords which have 5 to 6 % conversion rate.
We also have ads whose CTR (click through rate) is below 1% and ads who has more than 2% conversion rate.
We removed keywords not give us leads. Or optimize page so, that users feel they land on the right page.
We remove ads and create more duplicate ads those work well.
- Client has to pay approx. one third each time use click on any ads. As Cost per click has been reduced from ?1.41 to ?0.58.
- Client gets 3 times more leads with same budget. Since lead conversion rate has been increased from 1.29% to 6.74%.
